1. Who We Are

TeleNav is operated by Navneet Kumar Yadav (Assist Group). The app is designed for private, personal use as an encrypted Telegram-based cloud drive.

TeleNav is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Telegram. You must comply with Telegram's own terms, policies, account rules, and technical limits when using TeleNav with Telegram.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use TeleNav only if you can legally enter into these Terms and are allowed to use the app under the laws that apply to you. TeleNav is not intended for users under 18 unless a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted responsibility for the use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, access, or use TeleNav.

3. App License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use TeleNav on devices you own or control.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, host, exploit, or distribute TeleNav as a commercial service without written permission from the operator, except where an open-source license included with the project expressly allows certain rights.

4. Personal Sideload Use

The APK may be distributed outside an official app store. Sideloading an APK can involve additional device and security risks. You are responsible for downloading TeleNav only from a trusted source, verifying that it is the intended file, and deciding whether sideloading is appropriate for your device.

TeleNav may be experimental, incomplete, or under active development. Features may change, fail, or be removed without notice.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The files, media, messages, and other content you upload, store, download, share, or access through TeleNav.
• Complying with all applicable laws, Telegram rules, carrier rules, and third-party rights.
• Keeping your device, vault password, PIN, biometric unlock, Telegram account, API ID/API hash, OTP codes, recovery kit, and exported files secure.
• Maintaining backups where needed and testing that recovery materials work before relying on TeleNav for important files.
• Deleting local app data and Telegram-stored encrypted chunks if you stop using TeleNav.

6. User Content

You keep ownership of your content. TeleNav does not claim ownership of your files. Because TeleNav does not operate a file storage backend, we generally cannot inspect, recover, remove, or moderate files stored through your Telegram account.

You must not use TeleNav to store, transmit, or support unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or unauthorized material. Additional rules are listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

TeleNav depends on Android, your device, Telegram, TDLib, network providers, and other third-party components or services. These third parties are outside our control. Their terms, policies, limits, outages, suspensions, bugs, or account actions may affect TeleNav.

We are not responsible for Telegram account restrictions, data deletion by Telegram, network failures, device failures, app store or operating system restrictions, or third-party policy changes.

8. Updates and Changes

We may modify TeleNav, release updates, fix defects, remove features, change download links, or discontinue parts of the website or app at any time. You are responsible for deciding whether to install updates.

9. No Professional or Critical Use

TeleNav is not designed for emergency, life-safety, medical, financial, legal, regulated records, enterprise compliance, or mission-critical storage. Do not rely on TeleNav as the only copy of important data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleNav is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that TeleNav will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or able to recover every file.

We do not guarantee Telegram availability, unlimited storage, upload speed, download speed, account continuity, or that encryption will protect against every threat.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleNav and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, files, credentials, accounts, goodwill, device functionality, or business opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to TeleNav will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to us for TeleNav in the 3 months before the claim or INR 1,000.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeleNav and its operator from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of TeleNav, your content, your Telegram account activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict access to the website, remove download access, stop providing support, or terminate your permission to use TeleNav if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, abused the service, or caused harm. You may stop using TeleNav at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, except where your local consumer protection law requires a different rule. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
