Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains the rules for using TeleNav responsibly. You are responsible for your files, Telegram account activity, and legal compliance.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of the TeleNav website, Android app, APK, support channels, and related materials. It is part of the Terms of Service.
TeleNav stores data through your own device and Telegram account. That does not make prohibited activity acceptable. You remain responsible for what you store, upload, download, transmit, or share.
2. Prohibited Content and Activity
You must not use TeleNav to create, store, upload, download, distribute, or support:
- Illegal content, instructions, transactions, or services.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, or content involving minors in a sexual context.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, trade secrets, or other third-party rights.
- Malware, spyware, ransomware, botnets, credential theft tools, phishing kits, or unauthorized access tools.
- Harassment, doxxing, threats, extortion, non-consensual intimate content, or content intended to harm others.
- Fraud, impersonation, scams, spam, deceptive schemes, or unauthorized commercial messaging.
- Material that violates Telegram's terms, policies, rate limits, or account rules.
3. Security and Abuse Rules
You must not:
- Attempt to attack, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the website, download system, or support channels.
- Use TeleNav to bypass Telegram limits, abuse Telegram infrastructure, or interfere with other Telegram users.
- Misrepresent TeleNav as an official Telegram product.
- Remove or alter legal notices, attribution, license notices, or security warnings.
- Use TeleNav in a way that creates legal, privacy, security, or operational risk for the operator or other users.
4. Regulated or Sensitive Use
TeleNav is not designed for regulated storage such as medical records, financial compliance files, legal evidence, government records, confidential enterprise systems, or other high-risk data unless you independently determine and maintain all required safeguards.
You are responsible for encryption keys, consent, retention, deletion, audit, export, and compliance duties that apply to your content.
5. Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been violated, we may remove website access, stop support, remove download links, report abuse where required, or take other actions allowed by law and the Terms of Service.
Because TeleNav does not operate your Telegram account or file backend, we usually cannot remove encrypted files from your Telegram account. You are responsible for deleting your own content.
